The exact timing can shift based on weather and the group, but the focus of each day stays the same.
DAY 1
You land, settle in, and step out of noise. We set confidentiality, boundaries, and what “nothing forced” actually means so you know you will not be judged, shamed, or put on the spot.
DAY 2
We start with breathwork and nervous system work so your body can come down from running on fumes. You train in a coached way, then use circle work to get honest about what the pressure has been costing you.
DAY 3
This is where men stop guessing. You identify the loop behind the edge, shutdown, overwork, or numbing. You leave the day with clear targets: what you keep, what you stop, what changes first.
DAY 4
You pressure-test new habits in coached training, not ego games. The point is control under stress. You practice staying grounded when challenged, then translate that into how you respond at home and at work.
DAY 5
The room gets real without turning into group therapy. You build trust through shared experience, direct conversation, and respect. Most men realize they are not alone, and they stop carrying it in silence.
DAY 6
We turn insight into action. You map out what changes when you go home: triggers, boundaries, routines, and hard conversations. You also set up your integration track so the shift does not fade once life gets loud again.
